Managing event clients and invoices manually can quickly become difficult as the number of projects grows. Flowery Events needed a simple internal system that could replace scattered records and make it easier to create invoices, find previous transactions and understand the overall value of billed work.

Code and Thrive designed and developed a custom CRM web application around the actual operational workflow of Flowery Events.

The platform provides a central dashboard where the team can quickly view invoice activity and total billed value while accessing recent customer transactions without navigating through complicated accounting software.

A searchable invoice system makes it easier to locate records by customer or invoice ID, while the streamlined interface keeps everyday administrative work fast and straightforward.

The application was designed as a mobile-first PWA, allowing the team to install and access it like an app while retaining the flexibility of a web-based system.

Rather than adding unnecessary CRM complexity, the product focuses on the tools the business actually needs, creating a lightweight internal platform that can evolve alongside Flowery Events.
